Community Infrastructure Levy Monitoring
The CIL regulations require developers to pay a Community Infrastructure levy within 60 days of the start of chargeable development. Dacorum Borough Council share 25% of that levy with Flaunden Parish Council for use on infrastructure projects within the parish boundary.
The Parish Council will try to spend the levy that it receives within five years of receipt or risk the chance that Dacorum BC will seek return of the grant.
